Donald Gibb

Donald Richard Gibb (born 4 August 1954 in New York City, New York, USA) is an American actor, best known for his roles as the hulking, dimwitted fraternity brother Ogre in Revenge of the Nerds (1984), Revenge of the Nerds II: Nerds in Paradise (1987), and Revenge of the Nerds IV: Nerds in Love (1994) and as Kumite fighter Ray Jackson in Bloodsport (1988) and Bloodsport II: The Next Kumite (1996).

Donald signed a Bloodsport photo for me at Mad Monster Party in Concord, North Carolina, USA in February 2022. This was a consignment offered by RACC Trusted Seller #121 Max Jacob.

Jean-Claude Van Damme

Jean-Claude Camille François Van Varenberg (born 18 October 1960 in Sint-Agatha-Berchem, Brussels, Belgium), known professionally as Jean-Claude Van Damme, is a Belgian actor and retired martial artist best known for his martial arts action films.

Some his most well known roles include No Retreat, No Surrender (1986), Bloodsport (1988), Cyborg (1989), Kickboxer (1989), Lionheart (1990; known as A.W.O.L. in the UK), Death Warrant (1990), Double Impact (1991), Universal Soldier (1992), Nowhere to Run (1993), Hard Target (1993), Timecop (1994), Street Fighter (1994), Sudden Death (1995), The Quest (1996), Maximum Risk (1996), Double Team (1997), Knock Off (1998), Legionnaire (1998), Inferno (1999; known as Desert Heat in the UK), Universal Soldier: the Return (1999), JCVD (2008), The Expendables 2 (2012), the series Jean-Claude van Johnson (2016–2017 series) and The Bouncer (2018).

I purchased the signed Double Impact photo from a dealer at Film & Comic Con Glasgow in August 2018. I met Jean-Claude for a photo opportunity at Comic Con Scotland in Edinburgh in October 2019. The signed Bloodsport photo was obtained through a private signing organised by Monopoly Events in the summer of 2020.

Bolo Yeung

Bolo Yeung (born Yang Sze; 3 July 1946 in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China) is a former competitive bodybuilder, martial artist and martial arts film actor.

Often cast as the villain in the movies in which he stars, he is best known for his performances as Bolo opposite Bruce Lee in Enter the Dragon (1973) and as Jean-Claude Van Damme's opponent Chong Li in Bloodsport (1988). Other notable films include Bloodfight (1989), Double Impact (1991) and Ironheart (1992).

I met Bolo at Comic Con Scotland in Edinburgh in October 2019.

Mohammed Qissi

Mohammed Qissi (also known as Michel Qissi; born 12 September 1962 in Taza, Morocco) is a Moroccan-Belgian actor, best known for his role as Tong Po in the 1989 Jean-Claude Van Damme martial arts film Kickboxer. A long-time friend of Van Damme, they both moved to the United States in the 1980s with the aim of starting a career as an action star.

Qissi appeared as Suan Paredes in Bloodsport (1988) and as Moustafa in Lionheart (1990, known as A.W.O.L. in the UK). He returned as Tong Po in Kickboxer 2: The Road Back (1991).

I met Mohammed Qissi at Comic Con Scotland in Edinburgh in October 2019 where he signed the Kickboxer press photo for me. I purchased the Bloodsport and Lionheart photos during a German Comic Con Facebook sale in December 2021 after he had appeared at this convention earlier that month.

Leah Ayres

Leah Ayres (born 28 May 28 1957 in Baltimore, Maryland, USA) is an American actress, best known for her roles as Janice Kent in Jean-Claude Van Damme's breakthrough film Bloodsport (1988), as Michelle in the 1981 horror film The Burning and as Valerie Bryson on the daytime serial The Edge of Night.

I obtained Leah's autograph through the mail.
