Lance Kinsey

Lance Kinsey (born 13 June 1954 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada) is a Canadian actor and screenwriter. I know him bestfor his role as Lt. Proctor in the Police Academy film series (1985-89).

I met Lance at Comic Con Scotland Aberdeen on 24 March 2024.

George William Bailey (born 27 August 1944 in Port Arthur, Texas, USA) is an American actor. Memorable roles include those of Staff Sergeant Luther Rizzo in the television series M*A*S*H (1979–83),  Lieutenant/Captain Thaddeus Harris in five Police Academy films (1984–1994), Captain Skroeder in Short Circuit (1986), and Captain Felix Maxwell in Mannequin (1987).
