Clare Frances Elizabeth Higgins (born 10 November 1955 in Bradford, West Riding of Yorkshire, England) is an English actress. She is known to me for her role as Julia Cotton in Hellraiser (1987) and its sequel Hellbound: Hellraiser II (1988).
