Steven Berkoff

Leslie Steven Berkoff (né Berks; born 3 August 1937 in Stepney, London, England) is an English character actor, author, playwright and theatre director. As a movie actor, he is best known for his performances in villainous roles, such as General Orlov in the James Bond film Octopussy (1983), Victor Maitland in Beverly Hills Cop (1984) and Lt. Col Podovsky in Rambo: First Blood Part II (1985).

I met Mr Berkoff at the Entertainment Media Show in London in October 2012 where he signed the B&W Rambo press photo. The Rambo soundrack record sleeve was signed in September 2025 when Mr Berkoff appeared at Collectormania Milton Keynes (I used the Showmasters send-in service). The other three photos were signed at a private signing organised by All Star Autographs in July 2022.
